Intensive yellow with green reflexes. Bouquet of tropical, crisp, and ripe fruit. Aromas of fresh cut fruit salad consisting of banana, starfruit, lemon, orange, papaya and mango. There is a mineral, glycerol and lemon verbena taste up front, with finishing notes of tropical fruits, ginger and lemongrass. The acidity is balanced, and the finish lingers on and on.

In the eleventh century man created Dieulele - and Dievole, in a rare symbiosis, created man. "Vinizio, son of the late Sichelmi, and Rodolfino, son of the late Ardimanno" were born to a strongly defined sense of purpose: Dieulele - the divine valley. It was the year 1090, on 10th May: Dievole's first two vintners pay six "Denari Lucchesi", two capons and three loaves of bread for the promise of the divine: the yearly rent for a vineyard of Dieulele.
Lady Ildegonda Camaiori was the last noblewoman in Dievole. Upon her marriage to Count Giulio Terrosi-Vagnoli on December 22, 1909, her betrothed gave her the estate. Going back to the native Dievole-vintners and to Tuscany's native mother vine population has been Dievole's biggest step forward.
2006 marked a year of spiritual renewal. It is the year in which Dievole changed direction, blending certainties and dreams, drive and passion, and taking risks. Each person changeed and redefined himself, thereby creating an overpowering momentum, a new paragon, and the inevitable goal: Quality.
2006 Fourplay Bianco is the first of its kind, a blend of 4 Sicilian ancient grape varieties from the beautiful region of Sambuca di Sicilia where viticulture is an old tradition. These varieties are Cataratto 25%, Insolia 25%, Grillo 25%, and Grecanico 25%. Cool fermentation until 16° C for 8 days, and partial malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks.
