Votre Sante is made by the Francis Coppola winery. This wine pays tribute to Francis Coppola's grandmother, Maria Zasa, who would toast with the traditional French phrase, "a votre sante", each time whe raised her glass. A nod to the great wines of Burgundy, Votre Sante presents delicate expressions of a classic varietal. Grown along the cool Sonoma coast, this Pinot Noir is crafted in a refined, graceful style, light in body and very food friendly.

Coppola uses a mix of Dijon and California clones, along with similar winemaking techniques. Fermentation begins with cold soaking the grapes, followed by gentle crushing and punchdowns to minimize phenolic extraction and preserve the grapes' fresh fruit character. This wine only sees a few months of oak aging to impart subtle nuances without overwhelming the purity of the fruit.
