30 Degrees Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the wineries Firehouse and Branch Vineyards in the heart of the Paso Robles appellation. These vineyards produce vibrant colors and flavors combined with the structure associated with the high mineral content of the soils found in this area. The wine was aged in a combination of American and French oak to add complexity and to allow the wine to soften prior to bottling.
