Sycamore Lane California Cabernet Sauvignon was produced primarily from grapes grown in the Lodi area, California's fastest-growing premium winegrowing region. The wine was fermented for a week at 85 degrees Fahrenheit and after settling and racking, was aged for approximately one year in a combination of new and used American oak tanks and casks prior to bottling. Unlike many California Cabernet Sauvignon producers, Sycamore Lane produces a smooth, easy drinking style of Cabernet designed to be enjoyable upon release.
