30 Degrees Chardonnay is a blend of grapes from two favorite Santa Barbara County vineyards. It is a marriage of Los Alamos and El Camino vineyards located in the cool growing area near the town of Los Alamos. This area is a short distance to the coast allowing for warm days and cool foggy nights. This climate allows for the development of ripe flavors backed by bright acidity.
